You may not:

• Reproduce or redistribute challenge content without permission
• Use challenge solutions for malicious purposes
• Share flags or solutions publicly before competition deadlines

6. Teams and Collaboration

Team features are subject to additional guidelines:

• Team names must be appropriate and respectful
• Teams are responsible for their members' actions
• Team participation in events may have specific rules
• Teams may be disbanded for violating terms

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by neboctf and protected by intellectual property laws. User-generated content (writeups, comments) remains owned by the user but grants neboctf a license to display and use such content on the Platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Remove content that violates our policies
• Modify or discontinue the Platform at any time

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

neboctf is not responsible for:

• Loss of data or account access
• Unauthorized access to user accounts
• Inaccuracies in challenge descriptions or scoring
• Actions of other users

10. Changes to Terms
